Zero-Harm Culture Across All Active Construction Sites

Safety is not a checklist — it is the cornerstone of our engineering philosophy. From underground tunnel headings to high-voltage switchyards, we uphold rigorous safety protocols.

Mandatory daily safety toolbox meetings, gas monitoring in underground tunnels, and 100% PPE enforcement.
Certified geotechnical instrumentation monitoring rock mass displacement, groundwater pressures, and dam crest stability.
Continuous emergency preparedness drills with local community disaster management committees.

Chairman's Message

“When we first surveyed the glacial headwaters of the Yaru Khola, we saw more than a river — we saw a generational obligation to convert Nepal's water wealth into lasting national prosperity. Today, that vision stands materialized as a 30.59 MW run-of-river asset delivering clean, reliable power to the national grid.”

Our commitment extends beyond megawatts. Every structure we raise is engineered to coexist with the watershed it inhabits — creating local employment, funding community development, and preserving the Himalayan ecosystems that make our work possible. This is hydropower built with conscience, competence, and an uncompromising standard of engineering integrity.
